From the moment we collect you at the surgical cen
We recommend booking as soon as your surgery date is confirmed, ideally 3–6 weeks in advance. Early booking helps secure your preferred care package and availability. Same-day bookings may be accepted depending on availability and are subject to additional fees.
If your surgery time changes, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust your pickup and care schedule based on availability. Any changes should be communicated in advance so we can coordinate your recovery care properly.
Yes! We offer dedicated “Never Alone” recovery packages specifically for clients traveling alone. These packages are available for 24, 48, or 72 hours and provide personalized post-operative support throughout your recovery.
Before surgery, make sure you have your recovery location arranged, your surgery and follow-up appointment information available, and any necessary medications and personal recovery items prepared. If your package includes meal preparation, groceries are the client’s responsibility.
We do not provide or arrange lodging. Clients are responsible for booking their own hotel or Airbnb. Our team provides mobile post-operative care at your chosen recovery location, including homes, hotels, and Airbnb accommodations.
